When I obtained my PTC-II modem, a number of years ago, it came with a SCS Remote Control Unit.  I'm not sure what it is for or how I would use it.  Does anyone know of this unit and can tell me what it's all about?

It is a way so remote control 8 analog and 8 digital signals over HF.  There is a brief explanation on page 197 of the original manual.  There should have been a full list of comands furnished with the RCU.

If you do not intend on using the unit, would you be willing to sell it?

Thanks for the info.  Well, seeing as I haven't used it thus far I don't suspect I'll be using it in the future.  If you can put it to use then I'll be happy to part with it.
